Sir,
Cellphones
and celltowers cause electromagnetic pollution or electrosmog pollution which
as per IARC of WHO is a class B carcinogenic, as per their report on 31
May2011.I would like to know, if this kind of pollution which is cancer causing
and also causing other serious health hazards,falls in the jurisdiction of
National Green Tribunal.
If the
anwser is yes ,then what are the procedures to approach the NGT in our area
which is Pune and western Maharashtra and Marathwada.
A quick
response will be highly appriciated.
