Kind Attention Ms Monica Bose,We have more than 13 antennas and 3 MTs on rooftop of residential bldg.As per DoT guidelines ,BMC permission is MUST before installing MTs and BMc also stipulates Cell towers must have approval of Residents staying on TOP floorsand Society must seek permission of 70% residents.Also guidelines state service provider must submit SAFE RADIATION certificate to TERMcell.

Incidently TERM has sent one Mohindrasingh to site ,who did take measurement of Radiation level(Rs 4000BMC has also paid visit to society and asked for permission documents eg BMC permission ,70% residents consentand Rresidents on top floor's NO objection.

Neither Society nor Service provider compled  to the guidelines issued by DoT and BMC.Pl take action in accordane with the guidelines as put up on the DoT web site on Aug 8,2013.

We will appreciate quick response and proposed action
