Read your article. There is an error in reporting .

It should read

" Only EMF Radiation limits were reduced  to 10% last year but they did not have any impact on radiation levels as there was ....."

This is why I like to meet in person so that I am sure you understood right.

Any ways the main thing is

" There was only a reduction to 10% of original norms of 900MHx from 4500 mW / sq .meter to 450 mW / sq.meter but there was no change at ground level as 95% of actual EMFRadiation levels were below the revised norm of 450 mW/sq meter."
