Saw the
reply form DoT.
The
exclusion zone is fairly large and may rule out towers on building tops in
crowded cities like Mumbai etc. at many places.
However ,
the DoT has to convert this aspect into licensing conditions / rules etc. Then
only the Operators will be compelled to act.
